In 2024, HENGON Steel Structure successfully delivered a prefabricated modular classroom project for a Philippine client, demonstrating our professional strength in innovative and efficient construction solutions.  The project offers two sizes (20m×7m×2.8m and 15m×7m×2.8m).This prefab modular house classroom integrates thermal-insulated EPS walls, color steel ceilings, and electric louver windows, ensuring optimal ventilation for educational environments.

The collaboration with the client began with an on-site visit in 2022.    At that time, the client particularly emphasized high safety standards for the prefabricated modular classrooms, as they would be used for school teaching.    To address these concerns, we provided comprehensive company qualification documents and showcased our successful export cases to the Philippines, reassuring the client with tangible evidence and showcased past prefab modular house classroom cases in the region, including compliance with local building codes.
