This basketball court project in the Philippines came with some serious quality requirements.

The steel structure was designed according to U.S. standards with full-penetration welding, as the end customer is American and had very high expectations for quality and fabrication details.

Before shipment, our Philippine client came to the factory for inspection and requested that we pre-assemble one complete steel frame. They checked the fabrication carefully and were impressed by the quality, especially when they found that the steel plate thickness matched the drawings exactly.

It was also their first time purchasing a steel structure from China. They had previously sourced from Vietnam. Interestingly, we had already been Facebook friends since 2021. When we visited the Philippines in February this year, a post from our visit brought us back into contact and eventually led to this project.
What started with a Facebook connection years ago eventually brought us together at our factory — this time, with a basketball court project ready to ship.
