Initially planning a mixed broiler and layer farm, our engineering team advised separating the two systems to avoid biosecurity risks, recommending a distance of 500–1000 meters between farms.

As the client had no prior poultry farming experience, we provided full technical support, including training on equipment operation and layer farming management. The client was also offered on-site training in China, leveraging our more than 30 years of experience in poultry equipment and farm solutions.

To ensure cost efficiency, we designed a practical layer house without a ceiling. The roof uses double-side color steel sheets with on-site glass wool insulation, achieving reliable thermal performance while reducing overall investment.

The client plans to construct a total of five layer houses within one year, reflecting strong confidence in long-term cooperation.
