Philippines - Stainless Steel Bolted Water Tank

We met a customer from the Philippines at the 2025 Philippines Livestock Exhibition, and that's where it all started. They found out we don't just stop at one thing, we also do water tank solutions. So, they got in touch with us for a quote, and soon after, they gave us the green light to go ahead with the order. The project was for a 24,000L stainless steel bolted water tank, which we were happy to supply.

The water tank is pretty big, measuring 4 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 2 meters high, which gives it a total volume of 24 cubic meters. This makes it perfect for storing water for farms or factories. Because the tank was smaller than a standard shipping container, we decided to use a less than container load shipping method, which allowed us to pick it up from the factory and deliver it right to the client's door, taking care of all the customs paperwork along the way. Everything went off without a hitch, which meant our client was able to save money on shipping and get their tank faster.

The client was really worried about water leaking from the system. They wanted to make sure everything was sealed properly before we even started installing it. So, we gave them very detailed drawings that showed exactly how to put it all together, and we also made videos that walked them through each step of the installation process. Our team was extra careful when we were making the system, paying close attention to all the little details that could affect how well it was sealed. We also made sure to provide them with technical guidance to help them get it just right.

The water tank is now up and running, and we're happy to report that there are no leaks whatsoever. The client is really pleased with the quality of the tank and the help we provided with getting it set up. Everything is working smoothly, and they're getting the results they were hoping for.
