The structure adopts high-performance materials, including epoxy anti-corrosion coating for enhanced protection and long-term performance. The drainage system uses 1.5mm aluminum alloy gutters and downpipes, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic quality.

For enclosure, the building features 150mm rock wool sandwich panels for improved fire resistance and insulation. The façade integrates double-layer Low-E glass (5mm + 5mm, argon-filled) with aluminum alloy frames, providing energy efficiency and modern visual appeal. The roof system uses V470 steel roofing sheets, combining strength with a clean, attractive finish.
