A Brazilian client recently visited the HENGON factory for an in-depth look at our steel structure manufacturing process. Since the client also works in the steel structure industry, the visit went beyond a general factory tour. Both sides had plenty to discuss, especially when it came to design details and fabrication.
The visit started in our office, where our teams reviewed the project drawings and discussed key design details. We also shared several completed steel structure projects in the Americas, giving the client a closer look at how our buildings have been delivered in overseas markets.
The discussion covered more than the drawings themselves. For customers with industry experience, structural details, fabrication requirements, and practical project considerations all matter when evaluating a supplier.
After the meeting, we took the client through our production workshop. They had the opportunity to see our manufacturing equipment, raw materials, and different stages of fabrication.
We walked through the main processes, including steel cutting, welding, and surface coating. Seeing these operations in person gave the client a clearer picture of our production setup and how we handle steel structure fabrication.
For an experienced buyer, these details are often more useful than a product presentation. They show how a manufacturer works behind the finished steel components.
What made this visit particularly valuable was the professional exchange between both sides. Talking with someone who understands the steel structure industry gives us another perspective on project requirements and the challenges overseas customers face.
