From June 18 to 19, a delegation from Malasiqui City, Pangasinan Province, Philippines, visited Nan’an City, Fujian, China. During the visit, both cities formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a cooperative city relationship, marking the beginning of deeper bilateral collaboration.
Hengon was one of the key organizing parties for the visit. General Manager Lotus accompanied the delegation throughout the event, playing an active role in facilitating the friendly cooperation agreement between the delegation and the Nan’an government.
During the visit, discussions were held regarding a five-story steel structure parking project. The delegation expressed strong interest, highlighting Hengon's price advantage compared to Vietnamese suppliers. A workshop tour also left a strong impression, with high praise for Hengon's production quality and professional standards.
In addition, the delegation visited leading suppliers in sanitary ware (Jomoo), valves, aluminum formwork, tiles, fire protection equipment, and school uniforms, reflecting the broad potential for future cooperation across industries.
The purpose of the visit was to promote the establishment of a sister-city relationship, explore the building materials supply chain, and learn about water infrastructure and urban development experiences in Nan’an. The delegation expressed great satisfaction with the outcomes of the visit and looked forward to deepening cooperation.
