1. Project Background: New Tissue Paper Factory in Kampala
A client from Uganda plans to build a new factory. This factory will produce tissue, napkins, and facial paper products. They will locate it in the Kampala Industrial Park. To speed up the project, the client planned a brief visit to Hengon. The goal was to finalize important design elements and keep the project on track.

2. Tight Schedule: A High-Efficiency Two-Hour Meeting
Because of a tight travel schedule, the client allocated only two hours for on-site discussions. To improve efficiency, Hengon set up a meeting with our steel structure engineering team and the equipment supplier.
This session allowed us to review all structural, equipment, and layout details at once. This cut down on repeated communication and made decision-making faster.

3. Technical Review and Final Layout Confirmation
During the discussion, both teams worked closely with the client to finalize:
Production workshop layout
Equipment placement and workflow
Material flow and logistics routing
Office area positioning and personnel movement planning
Ventilation, lighting, and structural height requirements
Additional functional areas and future expansion needs
By the end of the meeting, we confirmed all key design elements. This included the factory layout and office design. The plan now fully aligns with the client’s production process and operational requirements.
4. Client Feedback: Professionalism and Manufacturing Strength Recognized
Despite the limited time, the client expressed strong appreciation for Hengon’s:
Professional technical communication
Quick design response and efficient coordination
Manufacturing capability and quality control
Well-organized reception and factory tour
The client visited our production lines and learned about our skills. They said that Hengon's technical knowledge and understanding of their needs made them feel confident about the partnership.

5.Conclusion: Hengon’s One-Stop Solution Accelerates Project Success

This project demonstrates Hengon’s ability to provide fast, precise, and coordinated solutions for international industrial projects—especially when schedules are tight.
Hengon will continue working closely with the Ugandan team as the project progresses toward detailed engineering and construction.
