Project Overview
Hengon successfully shipped a custom steel warehouse to Greece, designed based on European standard drawings and converted to equivalent Chinese standard (GB) materials for local construction compliance and material supply requirements.
This project features a two-span structure with all steel columns, beams, and bracing made of Q355 steel, coated with fireproof paint to ensure fire safety and long-term structural stability.

Large Canopy and Functional Internal Layout
The warehouse includes a 6-meter cantilevered canopy, providing wide coverage and protection.
Inside, two internal walls and a parapet wall create clear functional zones and support the overall load-bearing structure.
The total building height approaches 10 meters, offering ample space for equipment and personnel activities.

High-Performance Roof and Wall Panels
Both the roof and wall panels are made of rock wool sandwich panels, offering excellent thermal insulation and fire resistance.
Panels are installed using concealed fasteners for a clean and aesthetic finish. The vertical wall layout enhances visual appeal and drainage efficiency.
The client paid special attention to panel color and corrugation pattern, ensuring the building aligns with their design preferences.

Premium Electric Roller Doors
The warehouse is equipped with high-quality electric roller doors, made of aluminum alloy and filled with PU insulation.
This ensures both durability and thermal performance, meeting operational and energy efficiency requirements.

Conclusion
This Greek warehouse project demonstrates Hengon’s ability to deliver custom steel structure solutions that combine fireproof safety, structural durability, and functional design.
With full control from design to shipment, Hengon ensures each project meets international standards and client expectations.
